In this premiere episode’s guest pairing, a theoretical + computational physicist  (Stephon Alexander) and a multi-Grammy winning musician (Erik Lawrence) meet for the first time to converse with the Silo Solving podcast host (Danelle Marqui Brown), on the topic of “Creative Problem Solving within Complexity.”

From Einstein to Coltrane, to diversity and genres, to innovation and improvisation, this conversation between three people, from different walks of life and industry (yet some parallels), covers a nuanced spectrum that examines the nature of silos, creativity, and collaboration.
