Sara Auster is a world-renowned sound therapist, meditation teacher and author of SOUND BATH: Meditate, Heal and Connect through Listening. Her work explores how sound and listening transform space – both physically and psychologically – for the purpose of creating connection and healing. Sara has facilitated intimate events in public schools, hospitals, boardrooms, nonprofits, and has guided large-scale mass meditations at iconic sites like MoMA, Lincoln Center, Central Park SummerStage and Madison Square Garden. 

Sara shares her journey and expertise as a facilitator and advisor, collaborating with global brands like Google, American Express, Apple, Microsoft, and most recently with organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO).

Amale Ghalbouni is a strategist and the founder of The Brick Coach, which offers transformative coaching designed to help founders, leaders and teams in creative industries get unstuck and thrive in the next chapter of their growth, utilizing LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. The framework is an experiential process designed for adults to foster reflection and develop problem-solving skills.

Amale is based in London, where she’s spent the last 15 years helping clients navigate, and enjoy, change. Most of that time has been in strategy and innovation roles, at the managerial through to the executive levels, where she built, mobilized, and grew teams with all the day-to-day challenges and joys that brings. She’s led, sold, and scaled multi-million pounds pieces of work for genuinely exciting and global clients.
